It is the turn of Bow to take her punishment at the house of correction and Katie is in a very bad temper as she takes up her cane. Bow puts her bottom in the air, dreading the first stroke from that nasty looking cane. The pain is worse than she thought but she has to endure a full strength and prolonged caning.
