Mrs Smart has trouble with her young charge Jenna Jay, she is totally out of control and has now fallen foul of the local police. Two very unconventional police officers offer a way to help sort out the problem that is Jenna and suggest that she punish her with a spanking in front of them. Mrs Smart does make an effort but this is not what the officers have in mind at all.
