In the final part of our story about the escaped prisoner Sarah and Leia Ann Woods are confronted by the government official. He informs them that unless they both want a return to prison they will take the punishment he has in mind. They have to agree. Both girls are strapped on the bottom, Leia Ann then has to paddle Sarah at the same time as he is beating her. Then to end both girls are caned with the heavy senior cane.
