Problems playing videos

If you are having problems playing our films please ensure that you have the following on your computer:

Windows Media Player version 9 or greater or a fully compatible player program we recommend  ITunes or Real Player

That you firstly download the entire film to your computer BEFORE attempting to play it.  The films are too large and of high quality to enable you to just click on the film and hope it streams to your computer fast enough for uninterrupted playing.

Once on your PC you can play them as many times as you like without having to download them again.
