I cant log into the web site

WE FIND THE MOST USUAL CAUSE OF MEMBERS BEING UNABLE TO LOG IN IS THE INCORRECT INPUTTING OF THEIR USERNAME AND PASSWORD DETAILS.

The password and username are case sensitive so ensure that the caps lock is not on, cut and paste them from this e-mail or from your CCBill sign up email maybe this will help.

If you can’t access the site you must check your browser settings and parental guidance settings, they must allow adult content and any spam software allows adult content.

If you are using a proxy server this may cause problems. If you still have problems after checking all your browser and security settings you should contact your ISP and check that they do not block adult sites.
